Have you ever wanted to travel to Italy with a small group of fellow art lovers to walk, sketch, paint, while experiencing the culture of both Venice and Florence? Are you open to bringing only a carry-on suitcase with you and love walking 5-7 miles a day? If the answer is yes, this is the class for you! The ideal students for this workshop are those independent adventurers who are interested in drawing and painting on location in a foreign country. The focus of this workshop is artmaking. The days will be spent walking, exploring, creating art, and discovering what makes Venice and Florence so unique. Afternoons are free for individuals on their own to visit museums, churches or shop. All levels of artistic experience are welcome.
